That's why I'm thrilled about the launch of Canada's 988 suicide crisis helpline, providing a confidential, 24/7 support system for anyone considering suicide or worried
about someone else. This initiative, led by CAMH and funded by PHAC, mirrors the successful US 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
This past summer, Kate and Kiara, an amazing mother-daughter duo launched Lifted Movement to offer best-on-the-market home fitness equipment, beautiful enough to put on display. No "out-of-sight, out-of-mind" here!
