Foundation Over Fast Money |

While hundreds of solar operators were racing to cash in on the boom, Haysam Sakar spent his first year at Action Solar doing the unglamorous work that would be counterintuitive to many: building financing relationships, procurement systems, and execution discipline instead of chasing volume.
Then the tailwind vanished. Incentives shifted, regulations tightened, and the companies built on hype couldn't survive the transition. Action Solar kept growing, from $1M in revenue to more than $60M. Haysam calls it foundation over fast money, and it's the same lesson I write about in The 4 Forces of Growth.
We've had the pleasure of working with Haysam and his team at Action Solar, and I've pulled a few key clips from our conversation, along with the full interview and case study, so you can see exactly how he did it, and steal the playbook before your own market's easy season ends.
